Our requirements are as follows:
- Minimum lot size:
- 1 acre site for our 7,000 square foot prototype building, with ample playground space (min. 10,000 sf) and parking (30 cars).
- 1.5 acre site for our 11,300 square foot prototype building, with ample playground space (min. 15,000 sf) and parking (40 cars).
- Proper zoning for child care center.
- Residential areas, neighborhood business areas, corporate/office parks, and retail pad sites. We may consider end-cap plaza.
- High traffic area with easy ingress and egress.
- Minimum median household income of $65,000.
- 3 mile population of at least 30,000, with 6.5% of population under the age of 5.
- We will not consider real estate adjacent to high-tension power lines, cellular towers or gas stations.
