Our Management Team
Clarine Insinna, Vice President and Director of Operations
 Surprisingly, a summer job with Gerber Children’s Centers (now ChildTime) was the turning point in Clarine Insinna’s career; there she discovered her love for teaching preschool children, and began to understand the overwhelming need for innovative child care programs. She therefore returned to the University at Buffalo to enroll in the Early Childhood Education program; Clarine’s successful completion of this certificate program supplemented her existing Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education.
For more than six years, Clarine worked as both a classroom teacher and a center director for Doodle Bugs!, gaining knowledge of how to run a successful program, and modeling her teaching style, customer service practices, and hands-on management style for the growing company’s staff. In 1998, with four centers in operation, Clarine was needed to oversee the quality of the entire program, and took on her role as Director of Operations.
As Director of Operations, Clarine serves as the immediate supervisor of all center directors, and focuses on staff development, center management, and regulation compliance. Her obvious commitment to high-quality care and education has earned the respect of her colleagues, directors, and the entire Doodle Bugs! staff.
