Our Management Team
Christina Fecio, Project Manager
 Years of teaching preschool students led Christina Fecio to Doodle Bugs! in 1999, where she assumed the role as Center Director. Supervising daily operations of the small site introduced Christina to the hands-on management style of this family-owned business and piqued her interest in other opportunities within the growing organization: “This company’s amazing growth potential was immediately obvious to me – once I began to understand the owners’ commitment to the company, and to the early childhood community, I couldn’t wait to learn more.”
Doodle Bugs! has since provided Christina with opportunities to learn more about, and contribute to, every aspect of the program’s operations. In her capacity as Program Coordinator from 2000 – 2003, she supervised the centers’ educational and enrichment programs, in addition to training classroom staff. Since 2003, she has continued to provide training and educational support, but also serves as Project Manager for the company’s national accreditation effort and various marketing initiatives. Christina also represents Doodle Bugs! as a member of the Directors as Leaders committee, a local initiative dedicated to providing quality care through quality leadership.
A proud supporter (and product!) of Buffalo schools, Christina attended Mount Mercy Academy and Buffalo State College; she resides in South Buffalo with her husband, John, and daughter, Madeline.
