Our Management Team
Anna Insinna Zavatti, Vice President and Director of Education
 Anna Insinna is credited with the idea of starting Doodle Bugs! child care business. After earning her Bachelors in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Buffalo State College, Anna approached her brother and sister with a plan to fully utilize her education and begin to build a unique program for young children.
Anna began as the director and head preschool teacher at the first Doodle Bugs! location, and continued to manage that site for 10 years. In addition, she also developed the curriculum goals and lesson plans for each center, providing the entire Doodle Bugs! staff with an organized program model.
In 2003, with six locations in operation, Anna was needed to assume her role as Director of Education on a full time basis. She now focuses completely on developing Doodle Bugs! innovative educational programs, and spends her time designing lesson plans, training staff members, and working with the center directors to effectively monitor each classroom. Anna’s expertise and commitment to early childhood education are of immeasurable importance to the entire Doodle Bugs! staff.
